Plainly, what we collect

What this site collects

This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. There are two places you can give us information, and both are optional.

Enquiry forms (partner enquiries, venue suggestions, contact): the details you type — name, email, business, message — are sent to us by email and stored so we can reply. We use them for nothing else.

Smoothie reviews (the QR code on a cup): your rating and comment, and your email only if you choose to leave it. The email is used solely to reply to you about that review. Reviews are stored securely and published only after a spam check — we publish positive and negative reviews alike and never edit them.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.

We do not store your IP address with your review in a readable form.

We do not require an account, a cookie banner, or any tracking to use this site.

Your rights

To have a review or an enquiry deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email sebastian@ublend.co.uk and we will act on it. You have the usual rights under UK data protection law, including access, correction and erasure.
